Greetings. I'm planning in coming back to Freakz server when Legion comes out. Question is, will I need a new launcher or is MoP on works?

If you want play on MOP serwer then latest version of it works fine but if you want play Legion Realm you need to download a Legion version with Freakz Luncher : https://forum.wow-freakz.com/WoW-Legion-client-t452441.html . Here you have everything what you need.

So when I download that, I'll be able to play on Legion server when it will be officialy released, right?

Yep , you should , but i cant tell you that there will be everything allright with your system and etc. If something goes wrong check forum there are plenty of topics how to repair things like some errors or login problems ( https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Launcher-starting-errors-discussions-f5628.html ). I propose you to download it and check if you can connect with PTR , if there wouldnt be any problem then you shouldnt worry about connecting with Live Realm
