[LIST] Random NPC Bugs

@ Shocker - a lot of NPC's got Unstable Serum (wowhead link) since the last mass fix, but i watched on wowhead and it says only 8 NPC's use this spell. While on our server there are ~50 NPC's that use it. Please look into it.

Omnis Grinlok 50805
Zandalari Warbringer 69769
Zandalari Warscout 69768

These NPC's are all elites.

From what I saw that spell shouldn't be used directly by NPCs, but by players through a debuff applied as a zone spell/etc. I removed it for now
