Bug description: Prowl doesnt share a global cooldown with Cat Form > basically you cast Prowl, which also casts Cat form, but when you leave Cat form and cast prowl right away, you prowl without cat form. Bug is easily reproduced - leave cat, cast prowl right away and you'll get in stealth.
