this talent must work with youre stealth ability and shadow dance and subterfuge talent but dosnt work with sd and subterfuge

I need PROOF THAT IT WORKS ON RETAIL. I am not interested in your personal drama to be honest. You reported it that it does not work in stealth/vanish. I fixed that problem. You come up with a new one (that you didn't say before), and tell me that "you're tired", but you don't even bother bringing proof.

The effect is EXACTLY the same. visually yeah, changes. try to use an ability then hover your mouse and check the cooldown there. you'll see that it is decreasing faster.

Think of it like this: let's say you use vanish (120 sec cooldown by default), with Shadow's Caress up... you start from 84 sec cooldown (30% reduction). You wait 10 seconds, then remove Shadow's Caress. in the meantime, it got down to 74 seconds, but it will jump back to 107 seconds (74 / 0.7). This means, that in 10 seconds, it cooled 13 seconds. Meaning: 30% increase in cooldown rate. Don't worry, the underlaying mechanics are EXACTLY the same as on blizzard. I acknowledge that the visual on tooltip is not entirely correct.

ok.thank you but its creating new bug and u cant use stealth with this talent and dont work with youre shadow dance , subterfuge
