Can i Buy Heirloom with vote point on PTR? and it still remain in live lauch ? i just want to know about that

And how the heirlooms will work ? Once you buy them from vote shop will they be available till level 100? Or it's just the level 60 and that's it. I don't think it will be in game the shop to upgrade them.

I mean will the heirlooms be upgraded 2/2 or just 0/2 to level 60?

Some till 60, some till 80, check their tooltips
