Bug description: Same bug as Eye of Leotherass it deals damage for every magic damage dealt instead of a single time damage upon cast

Yes, this spell is bugged .You should get 5% one time when you hit the lock with spells and you take the dmg every time !!!

Just tested, works with the majority of spells, but dots like Corruption, Agony etc, don't seem to be affected, basically anything that doesn't deal damage at the end of the cast doesn't get damaged.
