Bug description: Defender of the Weak should proc also from hots i believe, in my case where i am resto shamy, it should proc from riptide healing per second.

min 1.35 - 1.40 as you can see the shamy its not casting any spell at all, and still Defender of the Weak is procing from Riptide.

I just tested it on retail an hour ago, and it DOES NOT proc from HoT effects.
