[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Soul Effigy's HP

Bug description: Hp is bugged, from what I see here min 15:18 the HP % of Soul Effigy should be linked with the target, as seen in the video, just watch 15 more seconds. I noticed that if your target's HP get from let's say 60% to 80%, effigy's HP is doing the same. Now on PTR, the effigy just have weird healthpoints, dies super fast.

Also if you look at this, Effigy's HP didn't even move, till the boss hit 15%

Edit: I think , the max HP of effigy is 3 times more the HP of the target taken from the first video, as long as it doesn t pass 2147M, for example in the video, the boss had around 4200M HP but Effigy HP is at 2147M, and till the boss hits 1/3 of Effigy's Hp around 716M, effigy gets healed.(according to 2nd video)


@Quicksand, I think you should look over this, as I am not 100% about it.
