server opened for about one hour and you start blasting hundred vote points in it

it was obvious it will have some problems at start, just wait a few hours or better: tomorrow, to start investing currency in it

We forgot to remove account bound stuffs (mounts, heirlooms, toys, etc) from the PTR... so we deleted them after live launch (this included your newly bought heirlooms, but only if they were added to your collection. if not, they should come by mail)
