[REJECTED] Artifact weapon disappearing (Aldrachi Warblade mainhand)

Details: After relogging inside the Order Hall the mainhand of Aldrachi Warblades disappeared without trace (not in inventory or bank)...note this possible bug: when i acquired the weapons and equipped them, the main hand had small number 2 on it; probably reading as two pieces although the off-hand was and still is equipped on the character.
Update: recieved the blades in the mail from customer support, after trying to take the attachment error displays "you cannot equip more of those items"; moreover, off-hand piece is still equipped and cannot be removed by any means
