Bug description: lvl 44 shaman with a 740 ilvl weapown, one shot everything, this was in a dungeon

The shops are no longer available for low level characters, tried that after the change, tho it seems that people who already bought the weapons will keep them. Not a big problem, wont happen from now. You cant trade them so yeah.
