[FIXED] [Quest] Bugged Artifact (great proof)

Bug description: Bugged artifact.

All I am asking for and has done for the past 20hrs is to get my artifact weapon.

well.. i had the same problem than you.
I was doing the artifact scenario, the server dc's in the middle of it. Once it got online i was outside of the scenario but the quest was still with me, but unable to abandon it. Basically, no way to retake it, no way to get to the scenario.

waited for 2 days for a reply.. in the end , i dont know which GM, told me to go use the artifact_fix they had come up with for the mailbox problem with 2 wield artifacts... but how could i if i never got my artifact in the 1st place??!

Conclusion: i decided to delete my lvl 100 shaman and remake a new one, cuz god knows it was going to be faster to level a new char to 100 than to wait another 2 days without doing nothing.

Holyshit this is a complete copy of what I have gone through. Over 15 tickets and no one understands what I am going through, this is such an relief that I am not the only one.

What happened for me was that the giant guy in at hte start of the scenario randomly died and I couldn't progress any further (he also despawned). So I took the easy way out and
hearthstoned. And now I am here been trying for the past 20hrs to get a GM to fix it.

tip for next time:

Kill the nagas and heal the Giant to full before talking to him.

I did that but the Giant just randomly died after spamming him with heals.

Oh well nothing I can about it now, its broken and I will just have to wait for a reply.
