[DUPLICATE] [Mage] (Horde)Teleports and Portals Bug

Bug description:
I would like to report a bug for Mage (Horde). I played mage named Mikyan. There is a bug for horde side mage. I dunno about alliance. I can learn teleports and portals to Alliance major cities, like SW, IF,etc from Dalarn portal trainer. After learning those skills i couldnt find those teleports and portals to alliance cities but my action bar caught a few skills. I tried to use those spells and found out i can. I tried relogging and still can use those spells.

Those spells in right action bars are some of alliance major cities teleports and portals that caught in my unfilled action bar while i was learning.

I was able to buy teleport and portal spells from Archmage Celindra in Dalaran and was able to cast Portal:Orgrimmer as alliance too.
