[REJECTED] [Paladin][Holy] Flash of Light and all other heal spells

Bug description: I don't know if i'm just stupid but this is the fault i came to notice: On the [Protection] and [Retribution]-specialization the spell heals me for 4,347 at lvl 73, but on the [Holy]-spezialisation only for 1,284(695 Mana, same cast-time(1.47) and range(40yd)). Also no other healspells of the [Holy]-pala get over 1,000 at my lvl. I'm not switching anything of my gear and i doubt that the ~200less mana make up for the loss of 3/4 of the healing! Would be nice if you could change/repair this so that i don't have to play on the [Protection]/[Retribution]-specialisation though i registered as healer only cause its actually better :/

Proof: Dunno what i should proof here, maybe it's my fault but if I'm right just take out a higher-lvld pala and switch between the [Holy] and of of the other specialisations while keeping track of the spelldescription. Also it's not just a description-bug, when i use the spell i get the same number appearing over my head and i even tried it out in combat and in dungeon and you will have to cast this one spell 20times on my lvl to get your tank back to full-life, while i only need 4 casts on [Protection]/[Retribution]

[Quicksand]

It is intended. Both Protection and Retribution have a high multiplier on those spells, because you can cast a total of 4 with your mana pool. Holy can cast around 20-25 without problem. It's not a bug, we won't change anything since it's blizzlike.
