[System][WoD and Legion][Quests][Treasures]Treasures of WoD and Legion server side quests

Bug description: During WoD and now on Legion there is a system in which some Treasures around Draenor and Legion zones are ending server side quests and can only check if you have completed them by running the script /run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted("id of quest")) manually or an addon do it for you. On the server seems this system is not implemented. Furthermore these Treasures after you loot them once(and complete the quest) should not reappear on the same character while others without quest on them should normally reappear randomly. Only way to find these Treasures quests is either using an addon like Grail+wholly or do research on Wowhead(found these links for Wod but nothing for Legion: http://www.wowhead.com/news=244136/warlords-of-draenor-guides-to-rare-spawns-and-treasures-november-3rd-hotfixes-en, http://www.wowhead.com/npc=87365/grakis, http://www.wowhead.com/npc=88253/srikka)
Proof: Not sure what to Screenshot except to run the Script for one treasure so if need please tell me to update with a screenshot.


Possibly for someone to inform me if report need anything else as have not report on the bugtracker for a lot of time so might miss sth. Ty
