[REJECTED] Cant access stormheim questline cause of a glitch (could be fixed with a rollback)

I dont know under which topic i should put my problem so im putting it here:

Bug description: finished this quest and cant continue forward, stuck in the stormheim quest line, blocking further leveling and getting reputation for World quests.
Following quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39698/making-the-rounds
I cant do Stormheim rep because of this bug/glitch, anybody please help !

I have tried going back to the boat, tried going back to dalaran where the quest was, tried going back to class hall mission board.. nothing happened.

I have tried literally everything, unstucking, trying to go to the ship where sylvannas is on, going to stormheim myself and trying to get the quest.. nothing worked.
