Bug description: Basically, when you try to shapeshift out of cat form and shapeshift back, there is a delay. You can't shapeshift instantly back, you have to wait the whole cd from shapeshift. The character moves it's hands every time you try to shapeshift back.
Proof: It can easily be tested.

Obviously there is a delay. Since WoD you can NOT powershift anymore. this is the same on retail as well, it is intended, not a bug
