[DUPLICATE] Stuck in Stormheim Quest line

Bug description: finished this quest and cant continue forward, stuck in the stormheim quest line, blocking further leveling and getting reputation for World quests.
Following quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39698/making-the-rounds
I cant do Stormheim rep because of this bug/glitch, anybody please help !

I have tried going back to the boat, tried going back to dalaran where the quest was, tried going back to class hall mission board.. nothing happened.

In my mind, the fix is simple - I just need to recieve the quest again so if it is possible for a gm to give me the quest, Id be forever grateful.
