getting kicked from game

My friend is getting the same issue - yesterday I was at his house helping him with installing wow and launcher, everything was good. Now when I'm skyping with him and want to play, he is getting freeze debuff and is kicked after 15 seconds with note, that he need to update his launcher. He did every step with my help - for me game is working perfectly, but he still can't play.

I will launch the game in its folder using both launcher_freak.exe and also the 64 bit version and i keep getting the error that im not using the freakz launcher when i am i even tried to download the launcher and put it into a folder then put that folder with the torrent folder and it still won't work

i keep having basically the same problem as all of these people i downloaded the torrent version and i tried using the launcher_freakz.exe and also the 64 version both dont work they either tell me that i need to update or when i get into game after a little while of waiting it will say that im not using the freakz launcher when i clearly am i have even tried to go to that website and download it, put it into a file and then put the file in with the torrent file and run it again and it still won't work

It's not fault of torrent btw, cause my friend downloaded retail version of blizzlike wow, pasted launcher there and he was good for a while, but then he was still receiving this strange error messages.

ok, i can confirm it is not launcher related.

problem is on local computer.

after few tries, some restarts, i got it to working by doing, well nothing.
If the game starts with the first start of the launcher, I do not get kicked.

How to tell if it worked on the first start?
There won't be a "suspended" wow.exe in task manager, details tab and (possibly, not sure) 2 instances of "launcher.exe"

I'm still getting disconnected and I have the latest version of the launcher, I also have a friend who downloaded the game and is having this same issue with the launcher, there is a lot of people who are having problem with this.

Like everybody else I have this issue. I try both freakz launchers and get the same problem > sleep debuff. I hope you guys can solve this. I really like ur job handle all the small errors to make a better gaming experience for all of us here.

We all seems to have followed the right intructions correctly and still get this problem. I dont know if it matter but I use 64 bit version but I tried the 32 bit and get both sleep debuffs. It is just saying wrong version when I see when I log in im on the right one.

You guys should try again all the solutions in mind:
- setting compaitiblity mode
- disabling any antivirus / windows defender / windows smart screen / etc
- redownload launcher again from https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download

as that guy said the same thing happens i open the launcher but it doesnt open but in task manager there is a process for the game and the launcher it only opens when i launch it a second time and then gives me the sleep debuff and kicks me

Hello guys I uninstalled Avast Anti-virus and problem solved xd, looks like the antivirus was messing up with the launcher

i tried everything its not working when i open the launcher first time nothing happens i check task manage and launcher ana wow is running in processes i dont know what causes this

Please read https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download, it tells you the torrent is old, you need to download the launcher separately again

I am having this same issue and nothing is working to fix it. I'm getting extremely frustrated at this and I'm tempted to just get rid of the whole thing. All I want to do is play and it won't let me!

Unfortunately no idea what could cause these, it seems there are some very few users for which the launcher doesn't work. I'm not sure if everyone tried all the solutions, but I'm pretty positive at least one of those should work... so... try again everything posted in the https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download page

Actually, sometimes with actual launcher, you log in, you get sleep, you get disconnect with the message "You don't use our launcher etc", but you close the game and after log in again; and no message or you log in, you get kicked in first 1minute, random kicks, can be 1, 2, 3 idk the actual number and after tries and tries it works but with problem of reseting the interface and macros, it happens to a lot of people.

The actual launcher is not stable, even with the updates you made, you could try to make wow.exe work, maybe there will be no more random problems, just a suggestion.
