Migration Question

I no longer have access to my account due to lack of game time would providing a screenshot of my armory page provide enough proof for a migration, or is an actual in-game or character selection screenshot required?

Greetings! If you decided to migrate from retail but you no longer have game time, armory screenshots and such will suffice. You might also want to post a screenshot of you being logged into your battle.net account.

Thanks I played a character on the MoP realm up to level 69 would this affect the migration process in any way?

It shouldn't until you have reached the admission limit, level 80. After that you are not eligible any longer.
