Bug description: The proc works correctly, but the on-use effect does no healing. Animation works, but just doesn't heal.
Proof: Easy to check.

Bug description: The "use" on the trinket does nothing but the visual effect. In the screenshot i uploaded you can see me use the trinket and the stacks dont get used and my party doesnt recieve any heal.

Bug description: You can stack the buff for 10 stacks and after you use the trinket it doesn't do anything. Only the animation works, also the stacks are not disappearing after usage.
