Bug description: When Divine shield or Blessing of Protection is active on the paladin, he doesn't generate holy power by using his abilities. I tried this on retribution spec, didn't try on any other spec. This is a very crucial bug especially for PvP.

It works for me too. Also, other specs don't even have holy power
