I would like to add that ALL of Inscription researches are not working. The only thing you get from doing a research is an Assorted Glyphs . Also if you have discovered all of the glyphs, a red text should appear in the center of your screen which says "You have learned all recipes from this research"

I'm not entirely sure how this item is supposed to work (maybe someone can clarify that up), and I don't know if you have to have Cooking learnt from a trainer in order to have any effect, but currently you can use this item, without having the Cooking profession, but it doesn't give you the Cooking profession, it just gives you a Campfire ability and a maximum skill of 700, without teaching you any recipes. So I have the Cooking profession, but I don't actually have it, which doesn't make sense. I had to go to a cooking trainer and learn the profession and after that the Cooking profession appeared in my spellbook. I tried using the Joy of Draenor Cooking again, after I had already used it (before I went to the Cooking trainer), and it didn't do anything for me, it didn't teach me any recipes.

Fishing:
The problem regarding fishing loot (getting low level fishes in Draenor) seems to affect all of Draenor and all of Broken Isles, both open waters and closed waters (lakes) and fish schools seem to have loot only the first time that you fish in it, after that, you get no loot. I also had some issues with fishing in shallow waters, as you can see from the screenshots, there is a fishing school there, but when I try to cast my fishing pole, it says "interrupted" and I tried a lot of times.

First Aid:
When you use First Aid in Draenor it doesn't teach you anything. You have to go to a first aid trainer and learn the profession, and you will have 1/700 skill after that. You won't have any new recipes, just the linen cloth one. Tried to use the item again, after I had visited the first aid trainer, but it didn't do anything, no new recipes. Again, maybe someone can clarify how these profession manuals should work, and if you need the profession in order to get them from world drops and to be able to use them, or if you can use them without having the profession. Also there is a visual bug, it shows 528/1 linen cloth, but I don't have any, not in my bag, and not even in my bank, maybe it shows the total amount of linen cloth that I have looted.

where can you learn 600-700 and 700-800 level profesions, i have 600 on f aid and i can;t learn next lvl from same npc

Check guides to see how you'd normally get it. I think it's something to do with Draenor and how items that drops should teach it to you.

I'd like to note that the Dalaran shops for Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, Archaeology, and Engineering are currently empty. There are no trainers, no vendors, nothing.
