Bug description: Latency going all the way up from 60 to 6000, and because of that, I can't do anything while I'm in the cave.

I think the ping is your problem, the main problem here is that the Arcane Thirst quest is kinda broken, it's like Keeper Selentia slain it's not working well. You can't attack Keeper Selentia only with certain spells at a certain range. And that makes the quest very difficult and bug. + A lot a people there trying to kill her, the Crystallized Ancient Mana also has a very long respawn time due to the players there trying to finish this quest. There you should be phased away. On retail when i did that quest i never met people in the cave during the quest!
