You're obviously using some form of a VPN or a IPblocker/hider. Whichever the case, your IP shouldn't be in the United States, whatsoever. Only cheaters do that which is why it's suspicious when you live thousands of kilometers away in Turkey... Check with your ISP / Internet provider to fix that.

To fix your norecoil lookalike aim thing, because it looks like you're having a norecoil, you should do the following :

1. Control Panel > Uninstall Counter-Strike.

2. Delete your counter-strike and I mean delete it from the directory and then download a newer version from the Steam database in order to fix many things. It is located in Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps >Half-Life

3. Delete the "Half-Life" directory completely.

4. Install Counter-Strike directly from the Steam library.

Downside to this is that you're losing all the config so you have to fix it afterwards. The good side to this is that your recoil will get fixed with the newer Counter-Strike update/settings.
If you can't download Counter-Strike from the Steam library, you have to recheck the files. It will download them afterwards.

To do this :

Go to Steam > Library > Right click on Counter-Strike and go to the Properties
There is a tab Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files

After that your mouse movement will improve and it won't look like a norecoil cheat for which you will get either accused or banned not just from this server.

To prove that you have the latest version you can Shift+Tab whilst in the Counter-Strike game and then hit F12 to take a screenshot. Leave the game and go to the https://postimage.io/ and send a picture with the updated Counter-Strike with the Steam overlay (Shift+Tab) on.

That's not the answer I wanted to hear. You still didn't provide an actual screenshot of your Steam Overlay nor you fixed your norecoil thing.

Furthermore, you don't know what norecoil means given that you accused several admins of using it, including the owner.

However, you didn't answer whether you reinstalled the Counter-Strike.

Other than that everything else looks good. Ping is appropriate for the Turkey, 42ms-50ms.

This is forbidden. Any type of a norecoil. It is not something that you "learn" and you can't really do it flawlessly on 40+ ms, so this I do not believe you and I have another topic with you using aim.
