Lags in Dungeons...

I couldnt find this anywhere so im asking here... So sometimes in Dungeons i feel really annoying lag . Im playing Demon Hunter and i know its lagging when i use Fel Rush and nothing happens . My MS is always around 50-60 and FPS is over 100 , but in dungeons lag is insane... I dont wanna post this in bugs or somewhere else , im just asking is it just me or you all feel the same lag...
