Bug description: procs form other skill too ,im not sure tbh if that debuff should be always on you ,cuz as im now with no gear ,i hit 1 mil dmg with 200% increase dmg ,kinda too high if you ask me

It's not the same problem with mine.
My problem is that my legendary buff doesn't proc anymore that's why i created a new topic.
