Bug description: The trinket gives a shield of 40 (instead of 30% according to the tooltip) and doesn't deal dmg when it expires (should be 75% of the damage absorbed).

can also confirm that instead of giving you a shield based of 30% of your health it instead just gives you a 40dmg shield, please fix asap
