[COMPLETED] Could not loot Shamans

Details: (optional) I was leading a soo 10n raid and we killed Kor'kron Dark Shaman and we could not loot the boss. It was not in the air or stuck or anything like that. When i try to loot him nothing happens. The loot was set to Group loot then we tried free for all, we tried (fetch glyph) but nothing worked. Can we get our loot and use bonus roll by any chance? You can see the names of everyone that was in the raid and you can see that we have not looted anything from Shamans.
