Edit : i logged by chance to my mage ,and after 8 sec i got the buff ,i moved ,it worked
stood 8 sec in place again ,buff won't appear > reloged > got the buff again and worked with casting spell while moving

conclusion : it works only 1 time > when you log your char

not even one time with my priest. as soon i start walking it interrupts or if i walk first and cast then -> "can´t do that while moving"

Norgannon's Foresight still don't work, I finally got to use them on my Warlock after hitting 110 but yeah, buff is there after standing still but still can't cast anything while moving, tried relogging, same thing, just doesen't work at all. Please fix it ^^

Oh my god, I made a typo, all classes got the mage buff (meaning that you can cast mage spells while moving). Does not really help warlocks and priests, huh? Fixed now ><
