Bug description: The quest IS BUGGED FOR SOME PEOPLE. Just because 227 players did it doesn't mean that it can't be a localised bug. I already found 4 players that cannot do it and everytime I go in that place, people are waiting and waiting for nothing.
I watched on youtube exactly how the quest should continue for the third objective, so there IS a bug, because after you complete first and second objectives (after you fight the 3 guys) , nothing happens anymore. The state in which the quest remains is shown in the picture.

Sadly confirmed.
And that quest was working well on PTR, why it broke now
