Bug Description: As soon as you get into a BG it will instantly say not enough players the game will end in 5 min while the group is still filling up. Shouldn't work like this.

Confirmed. Happens every BG. Though I've never actually seen it end, so I'm assuming it's some sort of visual'ish bug.
