Does anyone know poundfist spawning time ? Or if you are farming it at what hour does it spawn , if it is consistent?

NPC finder doesn't work , it always sais they are 5 alive and there is none of them

It actually says there is a chance that this npc is spawned here. 5 locations, 20 chance for each locations. That is designed so people don't camp one location, by blizzard.
Don't say it doesn't work.
