[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Soul Effigy in Emerald Nightmare raid

Bug description: While in Emerald Nightmare you can cast the spell on enemy, he gets the debuf 'Soul effigy', but no actual soul effigy target appears. It's quite strange, because in dungeons, pve, testing on dummies the soul effigy works correctly. However in Emerald Nightmare, it simply doesn't appear.
Proof:
After using soul effigy on mob, I used the /target soul effigy, in order to find it:

And no effect, can't find soul effigy target:

Confirmed, but this is an instance bug, not the actual spell.

Seems to be fixed. Also fixed issue with multiple warlocks not being able to use it on the same target.
