[DUPLICATE] [Warlock][Affliction] Reap Souls uses stacks but doesn't activate

Bug description: As the title says, activating Reap Souls removes the stacks it creates over time, but does not activate the actual effect of the spell. (you can see on my buffs top right the buff does not appear)
