Bug description: Passive says it should increase astral's influence by 75% (Astral influence increases the range from your spells by 5 yards)

Here i took images of my balance druid casting spells with and without the item equiped at max range, and its the same, so it means that the passive isn't working properly, i don't know if for the other passives isn't working as well but i'd be glad if u checked <3

(Note the HP differences from when i have the item equiped).
