Obiective:
Obtain Fizzle's Orb from Fizzle Darkclaw in Thunder Ridge.

Completion:
Return to Gor the Enforcer at the Dranosh'ar Blockade in Durotar. [45.00 14.6]

Bug description:
The quest appears complete but the required item [Fizzle's Orb] does not appear in the bag after you click on the Fizzle body.
The quest cannot be a turn in at Gor the Enforcer [45.00 14.6].
