[FIXED] [PvE] [Mythic+] Nighthold boss spawned in Neltharion's Lair

Bug description: I was doing a Mythic+4 (Teeming afix)Neltharion's Lair and on 3rd boss a Nighthold raid boss appeared with 400M HP and wiped us.
It looked to me like someone summoned him.
