Bug description: 1.Volcano's spawn too often, if you are fighting 1 mobs they should be spawning aproximatively 10 seconds, here is a bit lower I think.
2. Melees should not get volcanic, and if range stack on the tank for example, you should be able to not get volcanos

Fighting Valarjar Marksman in the Halls of Valor

Volcanic Plumes can be difficult to see during bright or busy ground effects. Players should move out of the Volcanic Plume immediately upon noticing it, and may wish to preemptively move during mechanics such as Eye of the Storm in the Hyrja encounter, where constant unavoidable damage combined with the Volcanic Plume hit could cause a fatality.

1. Volcanic internal tick already has 10 seconds, but timer doesn't always start from 0 because if that would happen when you pull 5 npcs at once you would get 5 volcanic at once, all of them synchronized
2. Volcanic already spawns to players >= 10yards away

Eruptions should only spawn for enemies in combat (possible reason for the bug: spawning for nearby souls too? dont know how there could be so many when fighting only 1 boss).

Most definitely not working correctly and atm a death sentence for the keystone.

There already is a circle before eruption, ~2 seconds before...

No, it doesn't trigger for out of combat creatures

Did you even take the time to watch one of the videos? Timer on first is broken, but displayed below (3m12s).
If you did, you could clearly see the difference.

In the first video from retail (need to watch like 5 secs), you can clearly see a glowing circle on the ground during the whole animation.
If you check out the second video, you will see that it is missing, making eruptions very hard to spot, because the particles are partly hidden by the character model.
Also, during the second video, you will see an abnormal amount of volcanic spawns, too much for only 1 enemy unit at the time of the spawn.
At 0:33 you can see 1 player getting 4 spawns in 5 seconds while fighting 1 enemy!
I am aware that it shouldn't trigger for out of combat enemies, but something is clearly making explosions spawn way too fast

Of course, you can also choose to ignore it and pretend it is working as intended, sparing me the time to make any bug reports at all.

2. BTW the dumb triggers for some boss spells activate volcanic too, such as soul echoes in BRH first boss.
3. Volcanic explosion area is bigger than the visual shown &
4. they explode faster than supposed.
5. I have no idea how the icd works on multiple adds but it's really messed up when you pull a group of adds. the volcanoes do not stop spawning; dozens over dozens of explosions. far too many and too fast, which brings me back to point 1. where one add spawns several, thus making a group of more than 5 adds unnecessarily difficult to deal with

this may have to do with the MISSING VISUAL (aka faint circle on the ground appearing at the start of the spawning animation.

Problematic packs

Anything above 3 enemies. Everything spawns volcanoes. Trash packs, bosses, summons, illusions. Even non-targetable enemies spawn them. Once you get to 4 spawners and above, there is a large chance that 2 or more volcanoes get stacked up on top of each other. This will one shot you.

Just one example of how things get out of hand with volcanic. Floating ghosts from first boss in BRH, when they spawn and start moving toward boss BAM you get volcanos, or the spirit echoes that can be attacked with aoe on the same boss, you go too far with those from other players (which you have to lmao) you get volcanos. This affix needs alot of work.

Cd for volcanic is rly off. I keep spawning every 2-3 seconds and as range caster its imposible to do something. Mostly harder on bosses then o many mobs from trash (dunno why). Check out videos from volcanic https://youtube.com/watch?v=VzmaKuhKv6Y:

Volcanic is a simple affix to deal with, I don't understand why people don't get it, don't go ranged, stand close to the melee and take a dk to death grip any mobs that are too far and are in combat.

There is sometimes when volcanic does become too much however like the spider boss in arcway, during the fight you are also in combat with the spiders above the web and this causes volcanos to spawn continuously throughout the fight.

Go in melee range of adds and they wont spawn any volcanic.. easy as that.. they will spawn only you are too far from them but if u stay melee range to them they wont spawn anything.. just tested
