Bug description: The ship doesn't appear where it should, and when i click on general nazgrim to have the quest completed, it does nothing.

Just wanted to post this in case someone like me gets baffled and comes looking for answers.

The ships is still missing as of the the time of writing this post. But, the quest can still be completed nonetheless. Instead of looking for Nazgrim in mid air, fly south towards the docks where the ship to Vashjir makes her port. Nazgrim will be standing right next to the fisherman peons. It is worth noting that he will instantly teleport you to Pandaria as well. Once there, talk to him again to complete the quest chain.
