Bug description: Unleash an Ice Bomb at your location, damaging enemies within 12 yards for 74603 Frost damage and reducing their movement speed by 50% for 10 sec. This part works. You gain 1463 Versatility for each target hit up to 5, for 10 sec. This aint working, as you can see in my screenshot I have 1% Versatility always and it aint increasing my versatility even that I hitted 5 target.
