[DUPLICATE] [Suramar Quest] Subject 16

Bug description: I can't turn in the quest as the NPC - Thalyssra isn't there.
The cause of this problem could be the fact that I have already done 2 suramar story chapters - "An ancient gift" and "The waning crescent", which changed the Thalyssra NPC for me, and I can no longer see the old one, thus can't turn in the quest and get the achievement, nor world quests in future.

Proof: Here I'm standing infront where the marker is, and where the NPC for turn in should be:
