[FIXED] Random NPC Bugs

Bug description:
Darkmaster Gandling's lvl doesn't scale 3 lvls higher than urs. Currently he's still lvl 93 and unkillable if u r leveling cos all of ur abilites/spells miss.
Quest Scholomancer is marked as 35 so his lvl should be around 38.
It used to work perfectly in Cata and MoP if u were lvl 35+ but now u can't complete it cos he's lvl 93.

Proof:

The other elite quests r completable in Andorhal as 35+ except this one.

Marshal's Refuge in Un'goro Crater is spawned with its pre-cata NPCs (which means Williden Marshal, Larion and Muigi, Remtravel down the path, etc.). More than there should be. Go clean out the place a little. Give us some breathing room.

Simone the Inconspicuous (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=14527&&name=simone-the-inconspicuous) was removed with the Cataclysm.

Two Damsels for "Damsels were made to be saved" are not at their correct location. https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=38239&&name=damsel-in-the-cliffs is spawned twice, the east-most one should be removed (They also both give the North one's credit for some reason). The Damsel of the North (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=38240&&name=damsel-of-the-north) is actually found South. =/ Not at all where she should be, according to wowhead:http://www.wowhead.com/npc=38240/damsel-of-the-north#comments.

Felwood also has Pre-Cata positions for NPCs. Even that old Tauren female that used to send you get stuff to make a salve and the flowers that you could cure are back. Most NPCs and mobs are double-spawned, because the pre-cata spawns are added on top. Put the NPCs at their correct locations. I'd give the pre-cata zones a check for anything left over from that period, if I were you.

Oh yeah, if it hasn't been reported yet, Kor'kron Marauders (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=70999&&name=kor-kron-marauder) are spawned in a subzone where Horde lowbies quest, and they are not neutral like they should be (which lasts until players are lvl 90), which obviously makes them one-shot players looking to kill Harpies.
