So i saw that in Legion you can place old enchants on weapons as transmog illusions....
And then i found this http://www.wowhead.com/weapon-illusions-guide
I tried to farm some bosses that should drop enchant , but no luck , and on website database
(example https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=138838&&name=illusion-deathfrost)
it says "ERROR ! Item tooltip cannot be generated !"
