Legion raid portal bug

Ok. i have a character on legion realm and i have a big problem. I can use raid portals only one time per server restart ... once i enter in Emerald Nightmare whit my group , i can kill the first boss and after that i cant do anything, i cant leave the raid via entrance portal (only by Heartstone) and more important i cant pass through other portals to go on Ursoc or Dragons etc.
So i need help, at that moment i play almost for nothing, i cant do any form of raid... if anyone can tell me how to fix that that will be nice ... i already lost 2 raid whit my guild and soon i wil lost another one ...

Done GM, now i can get any help plz ?

Let me get it straight. Only you can not right? The rest of the group is fine?

I want to ensure you that every ban is always followed by a proper reason. If you wake up in a situation where your account is banned, feel free to make a proper post under Unban Request.
Do not forget to bring the necessary evidence to appeal GMs decision.

yes, all my raid grup can pass all portals , im the only one who cant ... at least in my guild

So you have any ideea why thats happening ? or how i can fix it ? or something ... ;( ?
