[DUPLICATE] Knowledge is Power became uncompletable

Bug description: The quest became uncompletable after reaching level 4. I have more than enough order resources. The quest is no longer in my questlog and I cannot retake it because the NPC has a grey question mark above its head. I do not have any addons running and I have the latest launcher version. I have also deleted my cache contents multiple times.

Bug description: Even though I got over 500 resources, continue button is gray and I cant complete the Q, I dont have it in Quest log so I cant abandon it. I wrote a ticked, reloged, unstucked, deleted cache as was said, didnt help. No auras on me, no raid group.
I was able to pick up the Q four times before.

The issue solved itself somehow. The quest appeared in the questlog and I was able to abandon it and retake it. It took a few frustrating days though.
