[REJECTED] ashbringer lost and balnazzar inmune [Scenario]

Bug description: yesterday i was doing my artifact mission and then, i die like a really noob fighting with balnazzar. when i release i couldn't hit him, just evade, so i thing if i relog everythings gona be ok. when i relog i didn't have the asbringer in my hand, and balnazzar still inmune, i still have my another 2 artifacts wepons but not the ashbringer. i relog like 30 times and nothing. then i use the tool for reset from the page but it doesnt work. any help? Player Kuradel Paladin lvl 100, i didnt play with him after that

Exit from the game, delete the Cache folder. Go and retake THE QUEST THAT TELEPORTS YOU TO THE SCENARIO (you will find it in this guide https://forum.wow-freakz.com/ALL-CLASSES-Artifact-Weapons-Questline-Guide-t474557.html) and re-start the Scenario . If you still have problems with this sscenario open a ticket
