[REJECTED] [World Bosses] No quest or Visible Boss

Bug description: Traveled to every Broken Isles zone to confirm if i have any World Boss available to do but there was none. While going in Highmountain for Flotsam i had received the quest but after 2 seconds it vanished. Got to the area and everybody could see him while me and other 3 guys could not , note that i did not have Loot Cd. Waited there with the raid and i saw items dropping and also i got Loot CD on me without doing anything.

-Tried relogging several times
-Tried using a clean copy of the torrented client + Latest Launcher without any addons or modifications.
-Tried praying to our lord and saviour Gallywix.

Proof: Here - This is on the clean wow version . No Flotsam body on the ground , loot still counted for me.
