Hello,

Loot system works almost perfect. However there are some problems I want to discuss:

1. Raids: Today in an EN guild run someone receive a trinket 850 but it was from Heroic Nythendra that should be the same item but 860 hc.

2. Mythic plus: Same problem on the same person she received 840+ ileve gear from +2.

3. Class hall chest: Also the same person received 840+ after completing mythic +4 on the week.

I never had this problem most of my guild member neither. I want to know how is this working just to explain this to my guild instead of just givin them "its your luck".

Unfortunately you don't have any valid proof, just a random screenshot with a random item
