[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Agony duration

Bug description: When you put Agony on a target has 18 sec duration as is ment to be , but when you refresh it , has just 15 sec duration and we need to refresh it earlier . So in affliction warlocks rotation, every 15 sec , 3 sec of drain is lost (dain = 80% damage increase on all DoTs). 3 sec every 15 sec , 12 sec every minute , 36 sec every 3 min. So in raid we lose like half a min (on fight) of almost double damage DoTs just from a 3 sec reduce duration ... Without talking about some global CDs which we lose refreshing Agony more often.
The only way to apply Agony on 18 sec duration again in a fight is to let it expire from the target and reapply it , which is worst then 3 sec reduce ...becouse Agony is stacking up to 10 stacks to deal dmg and refreshit from 1 stack is not the ideea ...
Proof: As a proof , i cant make a video ... and from pictures is not clear , but is really easy to check it > apply Agony and see his duration , after 5-6 sec reapply it and will be starting from 15 sec timer not 18 .

Confirmed, and I think this happens with both Corruption and Siphon life.


EDIT:
Just tested for Siphon Life, Corruption and Agony:
-For Corruption, which lasts 14 seconds(though I believe it's 13 because the timer starts at 13), if I cast it twice in a row, i get it to 15 seconds, and if I cast it below 4.2 seconds remaing the timer starts with 13.
-For Siphon Life, which lasts,15 seconds, if I cast it twice in a row SOMETIMES, it goes up to 17 seconds, and if I cast it below 4.5 seconds, SOMETIMES it goes up to 17 seconds, very rare, in rest 15 seconds.
-For Agony it starts at 18 seconds, if I try to refresh it it goes to 15 seconds, no matter when I refresh it.

Will test Agony, with legendary as well, to see how it behaves.
